 I hold Yoga and Pilates classes all over Leicestershire for women and men so please feel free to call or email me and see which class may be best for you.
 
Don't forget, I also do one to one yoga/Pilates  sessions and if you want to start your own group whether it be large or small.
 I can help to give you a great experience of yoga/Pilates no matter if you are beginners, intermediate or advanced students.

Cost of my classes
£6.50 for daytime seated exercise classes                             

£6.50 for an hour class
£8.50 for hour and half class
£44 for one to one session
£11 for pregnancy yoga/Pilates one hour and half class
(a group of 4 or over is needed for these classes)

What you will need to bring for a yoga class
A bottle of water,
A mat (you can borrow a mat from me and I also sell a range of mats,
belts, bricks and blocks)
A blanket would be useful in the winter for relaxation

What you will need to wear
Loose comfortable clothing
Socks (best with grips on soles)

Working on strength, flexibility and core stability. A class inspired by yoga and Pilates £6.50

Power Yoga class 7 till 8.pm at The Brooke Studio 8 Brookside Syston LE7 1GG  £7.50
A yoga class inspired by dynamic yoga working on salute to the sun and will increase strength, flexibility and core stability.

Hatha  Yoga at St Peter and St Pauls Church Rooms Lower Church St Syston 10-11.30am £8.50

A traditional Hatha Yoga class, working with Asana (postures) Pranayama (breath work) relaxation and meditation.

Thursday 

Gentle yoga At the Brooke Studio Syston 6.30 - 7.30pm LE7 1GG  £7.50

A yoga practice focusing on a restorative practice to calm, relax and balance.  This class will inc relaxation, meditation, Pranayam

Hi I have put together my new programme of workshops for 2018.  This year is a 11 year a master level so these workshops will allow you to step into being a master of your own life.

Using Yoga, Kundalini yoga, Meditation, releasing with sacred energies and the power of pranayama / the breath.
