 I hold Yoga and Pilates classes all over Leicestershire for women and men so please feel free to call or email me and see which class may be best for you.
 
Don't forget, I also do one to one yoga/Pilates  sessions and if you want to start your own group whether it be large or small.
 I can help to give you a great experience of yoga/Pilates no matter if you are beginners, intermediate or advanced students.

Cost of my classes
£7.00 for hour  daytime  classes    evening
£8.00                       
£8.50 for hour and 15minutes class
£9.00 for hour and half class
Discount 10% off if attending two or more classes a week
£45 for one to one session
£11 for pregnancy yoga/Pilates one hour and half class
(a group of 4 or over is needed for these classes)

What you will need to bring for a yoga class
A bottle of water,
A mat (you can borrow a mat from me and I also sell a range of mats,
belts, bricks and blocks)
A blanket would be useful in the winter for relaxation

What you will need to wear
Loose comfortable clothing
Socks (best with grips on soles)

29th Nov - AIR OPEN UP TO THE POWER OF LOVE

A kundalini yoga session to open the healing energy of the heart and exploring the power of the breath. Ending with a relaxation sound bath and healing.

27th December - ETHER - TOTAL BODY CONNECTION

A kundalini yoga session to restore your energy over the festive period. Balancing the Chakras and ending with a relaxation sound bath and healing.
