Hi I am Libby and I have many years experience helping others achieve better health and life balance with holistic therapies and yoga in the Leicester area.

I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and I have been teaching yoga classes in Leicestershire for over 25 years and have a wide experience in a variety of yoga styles. My main classes are Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Power yoga, and I also teach pregnancy and seated yoga exercise.
